New Winter Tea Room opens in Keld

Great news for the many walkers who visit Keld over the winter months, our Village Hall (known as the Keld Public Hall) is opening it’s doors as a Winter Tea Room. The community has come together and given the Reading Room in the Village Hall a good clean, a lick of paint, fresh varnish and a good stock of homemade cake to provide a self service tea room. All proceeds of donations go to the Village Hall fund and we hope to install a log burner, so not only do our visitors get a nice cuppa and cake they can sit in front of a warm fire before heading off back down the Dale!
